Not quite, and that’s the beauty of handmade. Each piece is crafted individually, so there may be slight differences in shape, texture, or color. These variations make every item truly one of a kind.💙

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is handmade in small batches, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. If something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 5 days of delivery, I’m happy to help and want to make it right

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way. Shipping is a flat $4.99, no matter how many pieces you order. Thank you for your patience while I carefully prepare your handmade pieces.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet, at the moment I only ship within the U.S., but I’m hoping to expand soon!

How is my order packaged?

Your order will arrive safely wrapped in cute packaging. I try to keep materials low-waste while still making your unboxing feel special.
